We are acutely aware that children are often missing lots of fun and engaging activities which take place during the course of the year in their mainstream schools. With this in mind, we try to offer a series of events and participation in national initiatives over the course of the year.

Examples include our submission to "Poetry by Heart", which is a charity promoting the joy of performance poetry in schools. We recited "Custard the Dragon" by Ogden Nash and received a special award, thanks to the truly collaborative effort and fabulous contributions made by our children in hospital.
